1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is developed for implementation of national technical and economic policies and development policies of steel industry，to achieve technologically advanced，safe and suitable，economic and rational purpose，and ensure the quality during finishing process design of flat steel.

1.0.2　This code applies for finishing process design of new plate mill，revamping and expanding of plate mill，hot rolled wide steel strip mill and cold rolled wide steel strip mill.

1.0.3　In addition to the requirements stipulated in this code，those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation shall be complied with in designing the finishing process of flat stee.
